乡村振兴战略的提出为民族地区的发展提供了重要契机,是缩小民族地区与发达地区差距,实现各民族共同富裕,推动中华民族伟大复兴中国梦实现的重要战略。“互联网+”时代的到来引发了诸多领域的深刻变革,民族地区依托互联网发展地区特色产业成为新兴选择。鹤峰县将优势的茶产业与互联网结合,形成“互联网+”茶产业的全链条体系。“互联网+”产业在促进各民族交往交流交融、巩固脱贫攻坚成果、整合乡村秩序以及发扬本土文化上具有重要价值。但同时要注意地区性的数字鸿沟、网络空间的不确定以及人才的结构性缺失阻碍民族地区“互联网+”产业发展。
