基于SWOT分析的茶旅深度融合发展研究——以桂林恭城油茶为例

Research on deep integration of tea travel based on SWOT analysis——Take Guilin Gongcheng oil tea as an example

恭城是桂林市优质茶叶生产重点县之一,秉持着“以茶为本、文化为魂、茶旅融合、生态康养、全域旅游”的发展理念,创意业态集群,跨界联动融合。本文运用SWOT分析法分析桂林恭城茶旅深度融合发展的内在优势与不足,以及外在的机遇与挑战,建议对恭城茶旅产业发展进行调整:通过加强顶层设计、壮大总部经济、强化人才技术资源支撑、创新宣传推介等措施,以期为未来恭城茶旅产业深度融合发展提供借鉴。

Gongcheng is one of the key counties of high-quality tea production in Guilin,adhering to the development concept of“tea-oriented,culture as the soul,tea tourism integration,ecological health care and global tourism”,with creative business clusters and cross-border linkage and integration.In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,as well as the external opportunities and challenges of the deep integration development of tea tourism in Gongcheng,Guilin,and it is suggested to adjust the development of tea tourism industry in Gongcheng:by strengthening the top-level design,expanding the headquarters economy,strengthening the support of talent and technical resources,and innovating publicity and promotion,so as to provide reference for the deep integration development of tea tourism industry in Gongcheng in the future.
