加强线上教学资源建设是地方本科院校推进教育教学改革、弥补自身资源不足的有效手段。过去不足20年的时间,地方本科院校线上教学资源建设呈现出发展势头强、覆盖范围广、资源形式多等特征,但却面临教学平台功能不强、资源建设质量不高、资源整合力度不足、资金投入缺乏持续性等问题和挑战。拓展教学平台功能、加强教学资源挖掘、强化教学资源整合、提升以库养库能力,是促进地方本科院校线上教学资源建设健康发展的重要途径。

Strengthening the construction of online teaching resources is an effective means for local undergraduate colleges to promote education and teaching reform and make up for their insufficient resources.In the past less than 20 years,the construction of online teaching resources in local undergraduate colleges has shown strong development momentum,wide coverage,and various forms of resources.However,they are facing problems and challenges such as weak teaching platform functionality,low quality of resource construction,insufficient resource integration,and lack of sustainability in funding investment.Expanding the functions of teaching platforms,strengthening the exploration and integration of teaching resources,and enhancing the ability to maintain libraries through storage are important ways to promote the healthy development of online teaching resources in local undergraduate colleges.
