摘要
以上海市外滩地区某历史保护建筑修缮工程为例,结合其难点和特点,探讨总结该工程在设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算等不同阶段的造价管理措施和实践经验,为今后类似工程造价管理提供参考。
Taking the renovation project of a historical perservation building in the Bund area of Shanghai as an example,combined with its difficulties and characteristics,this paper discusses and summarizes the cost management measures and practical experiences at different stages such as design,bidding,construction and final settlement,which can provide reference for the cost management of similar projects in the future.
