钢构件数字化工序交接验收技术研究

摘要 为解决钢构件加工工序交接验收中检测信息流动不畅、实时性差的问题,对钢构件数字化工序交接进行了研究。采用线源激光测量装置、数显卷尺、手持三维扫描仪等数字化测量工具,实现钢构件外观形状、孔洞大小、拼装角度、焊缝尺寸等关键参数数字化测量,形成可远程传输、可分析、可存储的检测数据。依据现有钢构件加工验收内容及流程,开发了基于实测数据驱动的工序交接验收系统,接收实时检测数据,依据验收标准对该工序施工质量进行评估并形成验收表单,表单依据工序流程自动流转直至钢构件成品验收完成。数字化工序交接验收提升了质量检测实时性、准确性,实现了数据流动,方便了质量溯源,有效提升了钢构件质量验收效率和质量控制水平。 In order to solve the problems of poor flow of inspection information and poor real-time performance in the process handover acceptance of steel components,the digital process handover of steel components is studied.Line source laser measuring device,digital display tape,handheld 3D scanner and other digital measuring tools are used to realize digital measurement of key parameters such as steel component appearance shape,hole size,assembly angle,weld size,etc.,and to form detection data that can be remotely transmitted,analyzed and stored.According to the existing acceptance content and process of steel components processing,a process handover acceptance system driven by measured data is developed,which receives real-time detection data,evaluates the construction quality of the process according to the acceptance criteria and forms an acceptance form,and the form is automatically transferred according to the process flow until the acceptance of finished steel components is completed.Digital process handover acceptance improves the real-time and accuracy of quality inspection,realizes data flow,facilitates quality traceability,and effectively improves the quality acceptance efficiency and quality control level of steel components.
