薄壁空心高墩翻爬结合模板施工技术研究

摘要 薄壁空心高墩是一种常用的桥梁建筑结构,其施工过程中存在着许多困难和挑战。提出了一种薄壁空心高墩翻爬结合模板施工技术,以实际工程项目为背景,利用已进场资源,对既有模板进行改制和创新,采用翻爬结合模板施工,解决了翻模工艺限制、施工效率低、安全风险高等问题。通过工程应用验证,该技术具有较高的施工效率,且施工安全风险较低,可为类似工程提供参考和指导。 Thin-walled hollow high pier is a common bridge building structure,and there are many difficulties and challenges during the construction process.A construction technology of thin-walled hollow high pier with combined turnover and climbing formwork is proposed.Taking an actual project as the background,the existing formwork is modified and innovated by using the resources already on-site,and the construction technology of climbing combined with formwork is adopted to solve the issues of limited turnover formwork process,low construction efficiency and high safety risk.The engineering application shows that the technology has high construction efficiency and low construction safety risk,which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
