超分子微球调驱体系封堵性研究与应用

摘要 随着渤海Q油田水驱进入中高含水开发阶段,注采井间水流优势通道发育明显、油井产量持续递减等问题日益突出。文章开展以“纳米微球+超分子微球”不同尺寸的颗粒体系组合调驱,实验结果表明,纳米微球+超分子微球组合可有效封堵高渗层,启动中低渗层,提高水驱采收率。Q油田现场应用结果显示注入性良好,且降水增油效果明显,井组最大日增油45.3 m^(3),最大日降水2.4%,累计增油18000 m^(3),可为渤海类似油田调驱技术的开展提供借鉴和参考。 With the water flooding of Q oilfield in Bohai Sea entering the middle and high water cut development stage,the problems such as the dominant flow channel between injection-production wells and the continuous decline of oil well production become more and more prominent.The combination of“nano-microspheres+supramolecular microspheres”particle system with different sizes was carried out to control flooding.The experimental results showed that the combination of nano-microspheres and supramolecular microspheres could effectively plug the high permeability layer,start the middle and low permeability layer,and improve the water flooding recovery.The field application results of Q oilfield show that the injection is good,and the oil increase effect of precipitation is obvious.The maximum daily oil increase of the well group is 45.3 m^(3),the maximum daily precipitation is 2.4%,and the accumulative oil increase is 18000 m^(3),which provides reference and guidance for the development of displacement control technology of similar oilfield in Bohai Sea.
