In recent years,with the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the sudden occurrence of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict,the global cyberspace security situation becomes more complex and tense.ChatGPT security,space security,DDoS remote attacks and other issues present new changes,seriously endangering the security of national critical infrastructure.In this regard,major countries around the world have taken active measures from the aspects of top-level cyber security design,standard guidelines and strategic documents,institutional management and optimization,cyber security research and development investment,and international cooperation,in order to build a more resilient cyberspace security capability.
