应用心理学本科生“五位一体”导师制的探索与实践

摘要 基于应用心理学本科生人才培养方案的培养目标,探索形成应用心理学本科生“五位一体”导师制,即一种将“教-学-做-赛-研”多维并举的教学模式与导师制相结合,从而满足人才培养的全面和个性化需要,最终形成适用于应用心理学的人才培养模式。 Based on the training goal of the talent training program for undergraduate students in applied psychology,a "five-in-one" tutorial system for undergraduate students in applied psychology has been formed,that is,a multi-dimensional teaching mode of "teaching-learning-doing-competing-researching" combining with the tutorial system,so as to meet the comprehensive and personalized needs of talent training.Ultimately,a talent training model suitable for applied psychology is formed.
