我国肿瘤专业医疗质量控制中心建设现状调查

The Construction of Tumor Professional Medical Quality Control Center in China:a Cross-Sectional Study

目的了解我国肿瘤专业医疗质量控制中心建设现状,为我国肿瘤专业医疗质量控制组织体系可持续发展提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,通过“问卷网”平台向各级肿瘤专业质控中心开展问卷调查。结果共有222家质控中心参与调查,其中195家(87.84%)挂靠在临床科室,166家(74.77%)有经费预算;省级质控中心日常管理工作和重点工作相比市级/区县级质控中心开展更好;参与调查的质控中心均建立了工作联系,但仍存在部分卫生健康行政部门、挂靠单位、上级质控中心对辖区质控中心的支持和指导力度不够等问题。结论为进一步推进肿瘤专业质控中心建设,应侧重对基层质控中心建设的政策支持,重点加强质控中心内部建设,加快完善质控网络体系等。

Objective To investigate the construction status of tumor related medical quality control centers,and provide evidence for the sustainable development of China's tumor professional medical quality control organization system.Methods The self-developed questionnaire was used for questionnaire survey through the"questionnaire network"platform among tumor related medical quality control centers.Results 222 centers participated in the survey,of which 195(87.84%)were affiliated with clinical departments,and 166(74.77%)had budget funding.Comparing to the municipal and district-level centers,the provincial centers performed relatively well in daily management and key work.The quality control centers involved in the investigation had established working contacts with each other,but there were still some problems such as insufficient support and guidance from some health administrative departments,affiliated units and superior quality control centers.Conclusion In order to further promote the construction of tumor professional quality control centers,it should focus on policy support for the construction of grass-roots quality control centers,focus on strengthening the internal construction of quality control centers,and speed up the improvement of quality control network system.
