摘要
数字化转型推动了教育教学与数字技术的融合发展,为高校重构人才培养体系提供了新动能。阐述了教育数字化赋能实验室融合创新发展的“华师方案”,通过理念、模式和路径的转变,推动“以学生能力为本位”人才培养理念的落实、实验室教学模式的创新,以及教师、环境和制度的适应性转变。未来,需坚持“需求牵引、应用为王、服务至上”的原则,加强技术与教育的赋能融合,推动教育数字化转型,加快建设教育强国。
Digital transformation promotes the integration of education and teaching with digital technology.Its also provides new impetus for universities to reconstruct the talent training system.This paper elaborates the"CCNU Program"for the integration and innovative development of laboratories empowered by digitalization of education,which promotes the implementation of the"student ability-based"talent training concept,the innovation of laboratory teaching mode,and the adaptive transformation of teachers,environment and system through the transformation of concepts,modes and paths.In the future,it is necessary to adhere to the empowering integration of technology and education,as well as the principles of demand-driven,application-oriented and service-oriented,to promote the digital transformation of education and accelerate the construction of a powerful country in education.
