军队院校虚拟教研室建设初探

Preliminary Study on the Construction of Teaching and Research Section in Military Academies

当前,军队院校面临异地办学、跨专业合作少、优秀师资有限等问题,实体教研室已经无法全面满足教研活动需求。通过建设虚拟教研室,发挥其不受时空限制、汇聚多面人才、扩大名师作用等优势,并与实体教研室形成优势互补。为此,军队院校应当从虚拟教研室建设目标、师资团队、平台构建、教学实践等方面统筹规划,积极探索信息化时代新型基层教学组织建设路径。

At present,military universities are facing problems such as running colleges in different cities,little interprofessional cooperation,and limited excellent teachers.Physical teaching and research section can no longer fully meet the needs of teaching and research activities.Virtual teaching and research section can complement the advantages of physical teaching and research section by giving full play to various advantages such as not being limited by time and space,gathering multi-faceted talents,and expanding the role of famous teachers.To this end,military universities should actively explore the construction of new grassroots teaching organizations in the information age from various aspects,such as the construction goals of virtual teaching and research section,faculty teams,platform construction,and teaching practices.
