摘要
以PSCC校食材采购项目为研究案例,通过对案例项目招标采购创新点及相关问题进行经验分享和综合分析,提出扎实充分的采购需求调研、公开招标的采购方式、可操作性和系统性的评标机制以及动态调整的定价机制等措施,确保招标采购工作质量的同时降低潜在风险,以期为高校类似项目招标采购工作提供参考和借鉴。
Base on the research of the ingredients purchase program in PSCC College,we analyze and share the innovative points of bidding and related issues.Measures such as solid and sufficient research on procurement requirements,public bidding procurement method,operable and systematic bid evaluation mechanism and dynamically adjusted pricing mechanism,etc.,are identified,which can ensure the quality of bidding and procurement and reduce the potential risks.This article provides references for the bidding and procurement work for similar projects of colleges and universities.
