摘要
实验室安全事故时有发生,确保实验室安全有序运行是高校的一项重要任务。从人身财产安全、校园安全、安全育人、学校声誉以及社会舆论等方面分析了实验室安全事故的溢出效应,并针对性地提出构建网格化组织管理体系、建立“多兵种”实验室安全队伍、保障充足的安全经费投入以及提高安全硬件设施配备水平等具体举措,旨在加强高校实验室安全管理,预防和减少安全事故的发生。
Laboratory safety accidents occur from time to time.It is an important task for universities to ensure the safe and orderly operation of laboratories.This paper analyzes the spillover effects of laboratory safety accidents from the aspects of personal and property safety,campus safety,safety education,school reputation and social public opinion.Specific measures are proposed,including building a grid organization system,building a strong"multi-service"safety team,ensuring funding investment and improving hardware level.The aim is to strengthen the safety management of university laboratories and prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
