基于工程教育专业认证的数控技术课程教学研究

摘要 结合工程教育专业认证的相关要求,分析了现有数控技术课程教学中存在的问题,改革了理论教学、实践教学及考核评定方式。本课程采用理论教学与设备照片、视频展示相结合的教学方法,并将虚拟仿真和实操实练相结合开展实操实验,优化了课程考核成绩评定的内容。经过3年课程实践,学生的成绩分布越来越符合正态分布,总体成绩得到提升,且主观编程题的得分都有提高,这说明随着数控技术实操实验教学方法和手段的不断改进,学生理解编程指令以及对零件的实际编程能力得到普遍提高。 Based on the requirements of engineering professional education certification,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of numerical control technology course in the author's university,and reforms the theoretical teaching content,practical teaching content and the way of assessment of results.This course adopts the teaching method of combination of theory teaching and equipment photo and video showing,and combining virtual simulation with actual practice in practical experiment,and the content of the course assessment is optimized.Through three years of curriculum practice,the score distribution is more and more complex normal distribution,the overall score shows improvement,moreover the subjective programming question's score has increased.It is explained along with the numerical control technology actual practical experiment teaching method and the method unceasing improvement,students'understand the programming instructions and the actual programming ability has been generally improved.
