工科设备课程混合式教学研究与实践——以机载雷达系统为例

摘要 基于“教员为主导、学员为主体”的现代教育理念,将线上线下混合式教学模式应用于机载雷达系统课程教学。分析了工科设备课程混合式教学特性,介绍了课程实施的“理实一体”教学内容设计、军地教学资源优化组合、线上线下互动协作、全程多元化师生相互评价等混合式教学改革措施。实践证明,工科设备课程实施混合式教学,有利于具有知识技能、创新性、团队协作能力的复合型工科人才培养。 Based on the modern education concept of"teacher oriented and student oriented",the online and offl ine blended teaching mode is applied to the teaching of airborne radar system.This paper analyzes on the characteristics of the blended teaching of engineering equipment courses,and introduces the blended teaching reform practices of the"integration of theory and practice"teaching content design implemented by the course,the optimization and combination of military and civilian teaching resources,the online and offl ine interaction and cooperation,and the overall diversified mutual evaluation between teachers and students.Practice has proved that the implementation of blended teaching in engineering equipment courses is conducive to the cultivation of knowledge and skills,creative and collaboration compound engineering talents.
