摘要
针对我国普通高校工业工程本科专业在实践教学环节中存在的问题,以南京工程学院工业工程专业为例,对现有的实践教学培养计划和培养环节进行改进。通过拓展实习实训基地、完善实验室建设和管理、加强实践能力培养、优化实践教学环节课程建设等方式,以项目化教学为抓手,以智能制造为依托,多种举措并进,切实提高学生的实践能力,为工业工程本科专业人才培养提供参考。
In view of many problems in practice teaching training of our common university industrial engineering undergraduate,taking the industrial engineering major of Nanjing Institute of Technology as an example,the existing student practice education training plan and training links were improved.By expanding the practice and training base,improving the construction and management of the laboratory,strengthening the training of practical ability,optimizing the construction of practical teaching links and other ways,taking project-based teaching as the starting point,relying on intelligent manufacturing,and taking various measures to effectively improve the practical ability of students,providing reference for the training of industrial engineering undergraduate talents.
