摘要
由于过去的参观式实习遇到了较多问题,合肥工业大学建环专业将生产实习和毕业实习合并成为期6周的企业实习。在企业实习过程中,学生根据自身就业方向选择适合的岗位,接受企业导师和校内导师的双重指导。实践表明,在企业实习模式下学生的能力明显提升,教师的教学热情提高,用人单位反馈良好。该模式可以为高校实习教学改革提供参考。
Due to the problems encountered in the visiting practice,production internship and graduation internship are merged into a six-week corporate internship.In the process of enterprise internship,students can choose suitable positions according to their own employment direction and can get dual guidance of corporate tutors and school tutors.It has been proved by practice that students'ability is obviously improved,teachers'enthusiasm for teaching is improved,and employers'feedback is good.This model can provide reference for the reform of college practice teaching.
