摘要 以浙江机电学院智能制造专业群为例,经过多年与多家企业的合作,进行了产教融合人才培养模式的创新探索,不断实践产业和教育一体化的人才培养模式和机制,取得了良好的效果。分析了产教融合人才培养模式存在的一系列问题,阐述了实现产教融合的路径和策略,并提出了相应的解决方案和建议,为高职院校推进产教融合实践提供参考。 Taking the intelligent manufacturing specialty group of Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical&Electrical Engineering as an example,after years of cooperation with many enterprises,we have carried out innovative exploration of education mode,continuously practiced the talent training mode and mechanism of industry education integration,and achieved good results.This paper mainly analyzes a series of problems in this training mode,expounds the path and strategy of the integration of production and education,and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions,which can provide reference for the practice of promoting the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.
