热拌沥青混合料拌和过程的能耗及碳排放测算

摘要 热拌沥青混合料的拌和能耗在施工总能耗中占有极大比重。本文首先计算密级配热拌沥青混合料的比热容,然后分析气温、出料温度和混合料空隙率对拌和能耗的影响,提出一种热拌沥青混合料拌和过程的碳排放测算方法。研究结果表明,气温和出料温度对密级配热拌沥青混合料的拌和能耗有显著影响,能耗差异率介于39.13%~40.32%;随着气温升高,热拌沥青混合料拌和能耗降低3.12%~17.86%;在相同气温下,出料温度越高,能耗降低越少。本研究可为热拌沥青混合料拌和过程的碳排放测算及控制提供参考。 The mixing energy consumption of hot mix asphalt mixture accounts for a significant proportion of the total construction energy consumption.This paper first calculates the specific heat capacity of dense graded hot mix asphalt mixture,and then analyzes the effects of temperature,discharge temperature,and mixture porosity on mixing energy consumption,and proposes a carbon emission calculation method for the mixing process of hot mix asphalt mixture.The research results indicate that temperature and discharge temperature have a significant impact on the mixing energy consumption of dense graded hot mix asphalt mixture,with a difference rate of energy consumption ranging from 39.13%to 40.32%;as the temperature increases,the energy consumption of hot mix asphalt mixture decreases by 3.12%to 17.86%;at the same temperature,the higher the discharge temperature,the less energy consumption decreases.This study can provide reference for carbon emission calculation and control during the mixing process of hot mix asphalt mixtures.
