数字化转型对创新链升级的影响研究--基于创新行业产品议价能力视角

Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Upgrading of Innovation Chain——From the Perspective of Product Bargaining Power of Innovative Industries

推动企业数字化转型是建设数字中国的关键落脚点,在创新驱动发展战略背景下,数字化转型为创新链升级和经济高质量发展注入新动能。本文运用双边随机前沿模型,基于2007—2021年的CEPII-BACI六位码产品数据和世界银行WDI数据库,核算中国创新行业的出口产品议价能力指数,从技术产业化角度衡量创新链升级情况,并检验数字化转型对创新链升级的影响。结果表明,数字化转型有利于推动创新链升级,创新主体间的创新合作效应和信息溢出效应是数字化转型促进创新链升级的主要作用路径。异质性分析结果表明,数字化转型对创新链升级的赋能作用在创新合作程度较高的行业更为显著,但不会受到行业研发人员密度、行业风险及外部不确定性的影响。本文从理论层面证明数字化转型对创新链升级的促进作用,为推动数字化转型赋能科技创新、稳固产业创新发展的发力点提供经验支撑与政策依据。

Promoting the digital transformation of enterprises is a key foothold for building Digital China.In the context of the innovation-driven development strategy,digital transformation injects new momentum into the upgrading of the innovation chain and high-quality economic development.This article uses a bilateral stochastic frontier model based on the CEPII-BACI 6-digit code from 2007 to 2021 and the World Bank's WDI database to calculate the bargaining power index of export products in China's innovation industry,measure the upgrading of innovation chains from the perspective of technology industrialization,and test the impact of digital transformation on the upgrading of innovation chains.The results indicate that digital transformation is conducive to promoting innovation chain upgrading,and the innovation cooperation effect and information spillover effect among innovation units are the main pathways through which digital transformation promotes innovation chain upgrading.The results of the heterogeneity analysis indicate that the empowering effect of digital transformation on the upgrading of the innovation chain is more significant in industries with higher levels of innovation cooperation,but it is not affected by the density of industry R&D personnel,industry risks and external uncertainties.The research theoretically proves the promoting effect of digital transformation on the upgrading of the innovation chain,and provides empirical support and policy basis for promoting digital transformation,strengthening technological innovation,and stabilizing the driving force of industrial innovation development。
