脑梗死患者采取家属参与式心理护理的效果

The Effect of Family Participation Psychological Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨家属参与式心理护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的66例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上给予家属参与式心理护理。比较两组患者护理前后心理状态、社会适应能力、神经功能和运动功能变化及护理满意度。结果 护理后观察组心理状态、社会适应能力、神经功能和运动功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脑梗死患者的治疗过程中辅以家属参与式心理护理可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升社会适应能力,改善神经功能,提高运动能力和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of family participation based psychological nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 66 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received family participation psychological care on the basis of the control group's nursing plan.The psychological status,social adaptation ability,neurological function,motor function,and nurse satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The psychological state,social adaptation ability,neurological function,and motor function of the observation group after nursing were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of cerebral infarction patients,family participation psychological nursing can effectively improve negative emotions,enhance social adaptability,improve the degree of neurological dysfunction,improve exercise ability,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
