放松训练对单纯性肛瘘患者术后疼痛和肛门功能的影响

The Effect of Relaxation Training on Postoperative Pain and Anal Incontinence in Patients with Simple Anal Fistula

目的 探讨放松训练对单纯性肛瘘患者术后疼痛及肛肠动力学指标的影响。方法 选择2020年7月—2023年7月于连江县中医院就诊的单纯性肛瘘术后患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各40例。对照组给予围术期管理,观察组在对照组基础上增加放松训练。比较两组患者不同时间点疼痛程度、肛门失禁评分、肛肠动力学指标及并发症情况。结果 观察组术后不同时间点疼痛评分、肛门失禁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩时间、肛管最大收缩压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 放松训练能够改善单纯性肛瘘术后的疼痛感,并提高肛肠动力和排便能力以及减少术后并发症。

Objective To discuss the effect of relaxation training on the pain sensation and anal motility indicators in patients with simple anal fistula after surgery.Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with simple anal fistula who admitted to Lianjiang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given perioperative management,while the observation group received relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The pain sensation,anal incontinence score,anorectal motility indicators,and complications were compared at different time points between two groups.Results At different time points after surgery,the pain score and anal incontinence score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The resting pressure,maximum contraction time,and maximum contraction pressure of the anal canal in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training can improve the postoperative pain of simple anal fistula,enhance anal motility and defecation ability,and reduce postoperative complications.
