葛根汤联合中药热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证临床观察

Gegen Decoction Combined with Chinese Medicine Hot Compress in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy of Wind Cold Blocking Collaterals Syndrome

目的 观察葛根汤联合中药热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证的临床效果。方法 选取吉林省吉林中西医结合医院骨伤科2021年7月—2022年7月收治的90例神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证患者,运用掷硬币法分为2组,各45例。对照组用葛根汤治疗,观察组使用葛根汤加中药热敷治疗,比较2组颈椎功能障碍评分、临床疗效、颈肩疼痛程度评分。结果 治疗后,对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组的颈椎功能障碍评分与颈肩疼痛程度评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 葛根汤联合中药热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证临床效果较好,优于单一使用葛根汤治疗的方式,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gegen decoction combined with Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold blocking collaterals syndrome.Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold blocking collaterals syndrome in Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected for study.They were divided into two groups by coin toss method,with 45 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with Gegen decoction,while the observation group was treated with Gegen decoction combined with Chinese medicine hot compress.The scores of vertebral dysfunction,clinical efficacy,and neck and shoulder pain in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(P<0.05).The scores of cervical dysfunction and neck and shoulder pain in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen decoction combined with Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold blocking collaterals syndrome is superior to the single use of Gegen decoction,and has higher clinical application value.
