黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗膝骨性关节炎30例

Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 30 Cases

目的探究加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗膝骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)临床疗效。方法选取山东中医药大学附属医院骨科2022年6月—2023年1月收治的60例患者分为2组,对照组(30例)服用塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组(30例)服用塞来昔布胶囊联合加味黄芪桂枝五物汤,治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后膝关节疼痛评分(VAS)和Lysholm评分及治疗效果。结果经过对比研究,2组患者治疗后,VAS和Lysholm评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗KOA具有更好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of KOA.Methods Sixty patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to January 2023 were divided into 2 groups.The control group of 30 cases took celeoxib capsule,and the treatment group of 30 cases took celeoxib combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for 6 weeks.Knee pain score(VAS)and Lysholm score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After comparative study,VAS and Lysholm scores of 2 groups after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction has better clinical efficacy in treating KOA.
