热敏灸联合耳穴贴压干预二胎产后护士疲劳性亚健康临床观察

Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing in the Intervention of Fatigue Sub-health in Postpartum Nurses with Second Pregnancy

目的 观察热敏灸联合耳穴贴压干预对二胎产后护士疲劳性亚健康的影响。方法 将2022年4月—2023年6月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的60例二胎产后返岗疲劳性亚健康护士随机分为观察组(热敏灸+耳穴贴压+常规护理)与对照组(常规护理),各30例,比较2组护士的疲劳程度、健康状况、症状积分及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组FS-14评分、SHMS V 1.0评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组神疲乏力、情绪低落、周身困倦、善太息、急躁易怒等中医症状积分均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对二胎产后疲劳性亚健康护士施以热敏灸与耳穴贴压治疗,有助于降低其疲劳程度,改善其健康状况,缓解其各项症状。

Objective To study the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing intervention on fatigue induced sub-health in postpartum nurses with second pregnancy.Methods Sixty fatigue induced subhealth nurses in Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group of 30 cases(thermal moxibustion,auricular acupoint pressing intervention and routine care) and a control group of 30 cases(routine care).The fatigue level,health status,symptom scores,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results After treatment,the FS-14 score and SHMS V 1.0 score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome such as fatigue,depression,drowsiness,easiness and irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion thermal moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing intervention on fatigue induced sub-health in postpartum nurses with second pregnancy can help reduce their fatigue level,improve their health status,and alleviate their various symptoms.
