自拟六合汤治疗胃痛80例

Self-made Liuhe Decoction in the Treatment of Stomachache for 80 Cases

自拟曾氏六合汤由6组对药组成,即良附丸中高良姜和香附、失笑散取蒲黄和五灵脂、左金丸取黄连和吴茱萸、丹参饮取丹参和砂仁、枳术丸取枳实和白术、百合乌药汤取百合和乌药。笔者以其治疗80例因各种原因引起的胃痛,治愈71例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率98.2%(79/80)。消化系统或各种原因引起的胃痛,均以久痛则瘀、久痛入络、痛则不通为主要病理,故选失笑散活血通络,良附丸温中理气,丹参饮行气解郁、止痛和血,左金丸制酸和胃止痛,组合成方。诸药合用,性味甘平,具有温中行气、解郁止痛、理气和胃的功效。无论寒证、热证、气滞证或瘀证都有明显作用,临床治疗各种原因引起的胃痛,用该方作为基础方加减化裁,实为执简驭繁。

The self-made Zeng's Liuhe decoction is composed of six pairs of drugs,namely,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum and Rhizoma Cyperi in Liangfu pill,Pollen Typhae and Oletum Trogopterori in Shixiao powder,Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae in Zuojin pill,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Amomi in Danshen decoction,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Zhizhu pill,and Lily and Radix Linderae in Baihe Wuyao decoction.The twelve herbs of the six ancient prescriptions are combined to form the Liuhe decoction.The authors treated 80 cases(stomachache caused by various reasons) with this therapy,among which 71 cases were cured,8 cases showed effective outcomes,and 1 case showed no effect.The total effective rate was 98.2 %(79/80).The author realized that the stomachache caused by digestive system or various reasons was the main pathology of removing blood stasis if the pain lasted for a long time,removing blood stasis if the pain persisted,and removing obstruction in collaterals if the pain persisted.Therefore,Shixiao powder was selected to activate blood and dredge collaterals.Liangfu pill warming the middle and regulating qi,Danshen decoction moving qi and relieving depression,pain and blood,Zuojin pill making acid and stomachache.All these drugs,in combination,have pleasant and even nature and have the effects of warming the middle and moving qi,relieving depression and pain,regulating qi and harmonizing stomach.No matter the cold syndrome,heat syndrome,qi stagnation or blood stasis syndrome has a significant effect.In the clinical treatment of stomachache caused by various reasons,this formula is used as the basic formula to modify the cutting,playing the role of governing the simple and controlling the complex.
