中医药治疗抗磷脂综合征复发性流产研究进展

抗磷脂综合征是一种自身免疫性疾病,常合并反复妊娠丢失,其发病机制尚未完全明确,西医治疗方法具有一定程度的不良反应与局限性。中医药治疗此病经验丰富,历史悠久。大多数医家认为此病发病机制的核心是本虚标实,主要证型包括肾虚、气血亏虚、血瘀等。治疗上可根据患者症状选择中医疗法,辨证论治,能够改善症状、提高妊娠成功率。为更好地总结中医药治疗抗磷脂综合征致复发性流产的经验,现将相关文献进行整理并综述。

Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disease,often complicated with recurrent pregnancy loss.The pathogenesis of antiphospholipid syndrome has not been fully understood.In addition,there are a good many side effects and limitations in the current treatment of Western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated sufficient experience in the long history in treating antiphospholipid syndrome.Most doctors believe that the core of the pathogenesis of antiphospholipid syndrome is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and the main symptom types include kidney deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,blood stasis,etc.In terms of treatment,therapeutic methods vary from person to person according to patients'different syndromes,so that the symptoms and pregnancy success rate can be improved.For a better summary of the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage caused by antiphospholipid syndrome,the relevant literature was sorted out and reviewed.
