穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

小儿肺炎为呼吸系统常见病之一,极大地影响着儿童的健康。西医治疗以抗生素为主,虽对大多数急性期患儿有较好疗效,但长期使用易导致耐药菌增多、儿童免疫力下降等问题。此文通过查阅整理相关文献,分析讨论近年来中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的相关研究进展,并对其进行归纳总结,为今后中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎研究提供理论基础和实践经验。

Infantile pneumonia is one of the common diseases of the respiratory system,which greatly affects the health of children.The traditional therapy mainly uses antibiotics.Although it has a good effect on most children in the acute stage,long-term use of antibiotics is easy to lead to the increase of drug-resistant bacteria,the decline of children's immunity and other problems.Through literature review,this study analyzed and discussed the literature related to Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia in recent years,and reviewed it,which providing theoretical basis and practical experience for the future study of Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
