中医传统功法改善帕金森抑郁症状的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Techniques for Improving Parkinson’s Depression Symptoms

目的系统评价中医传统功法改善帕金森(PD)抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase、Scopus数据库,同时辅以手工检索,检索自建库起至2023年3月31日所有中医传统功法改善帕金森抑郁症状的随机对照临床研究文献。根据文献纳入与排除标准,将最终纳入的文献进行数据提取,使用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行风险分析,最后采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入6篇,研究对象总计516例。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组HAMD评分优于对照组。结论中医传统功法可有效改善PD患者抑郁症状。但由于本次研究文献质量普遍不足,循证学证据质量较低,仍需高质量的随机对照研究来证实。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in improving Parkinson's depression symptoms.Methods By searching the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,Wanfang database,CBM database,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Scopus database,and manually searching,all randomized controlled clinical research literature on the improvement of Parkinson's depression symptoms using traditional Chinese medicine techniques from the establishment of the database to March 31,2023 were retrieved.According to the criteria for inclusion and exclusion of literature,data was extracted from the final included literature,and the Cochrane bias risk assessment tool was used for risk analysis.Finally,the RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta⁃analysis.Results Finally,6 papers were included,with a total of 516 subjects.The results of meta⁃analysis showed that HAMD score reduction was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine techniques can effectively improve depression symptoms in Parkinson's disease patients.However,due to the generally insufficient quality of literature in this study and the low quality of evidence⁃based evidence,high⁃quality randomized controlled studies are still needed to confirm.
