凉血十味片联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Liangxue Shiwei Tablet Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的评价凉血十味片联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压患者的有效性和安全性。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组(凉血十味片联合硝苯地平缓释片)和对照组(硝苯地平缓释片),观察2组治疗前后的血压控制情况、生活质量评分、中医证候评分的变化及内皮素⁃1(ET⁃1)水平。结果治疗组能有效控制血压,增加生活质量评分、降低中医证候评分,治疗组ET⁃1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血十味片联合硝苯地平能有效控制血压,提高生活质量,降低中医证候评分,降低ET⁃1水平,改善血管内皮功能。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Liangxue Shiwei tablet combined with nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Liangxue Shiwei tablet and nifedipine sustained⁃release tablets)and control group(nifedipine sustained⁃release tablets).The changes of blood pressure control,quality of life score,and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the level of endothelin⁃1(ET⁃1)in the two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results The treatment group can effectively control blood pressure,increase the quality of life score and reduce the score of TCM syndromes.The level of ET⁃1 in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Shiwei tablet combined with nifedipine can effectively control blood pressure,improve quality of life,reduce TCM syndrome conclusion score,reduce ET⁃1 level,and improve vascular endothelial function.
