基于CiteSpace的针灸防治近视可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Prevention and Treatment of Myopia Based on CiteSpace

目的 对中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science(WOS)数据库有关针灸防治近视的文献绘制可视化图谱,探讨国内外该领域的研究历程、现状、热点及趋势。方法 使用CMKI及Web of Science数据库检索文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.2软件对发文者、机构、关键词绘制图谱进行可视化分析。结果 中英文文献分别纳入309篇、8篇。该领域发文量最多的为中国。中文发文者以毕宏生最多,英文文献无发文量最多者。从机构上看,中文以山东中医药大学发文最多,英文以成都中医药大学发文量最多。通过关键词和突现词分析可发现单纯针刺、揿针、针刺联合其他中医特色治疗等是该领域研究热点。结论 中国虽在该领域的研究较国外多,但发展还未达到成熟阶段,需要进一步加强国内和国际学术交流合作,以加强研究的深度及广度。

Objective To make a visual map of the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of myopia in CNKI and WOS database,and to discuss the research history,current situation,hot spot and trend in this field at home and abroad.Methods CNKI and Web of Science database were used to search the literature,and CiteSpace 6.2.2 software was used to visualize the author,institution and keywords.Results Three hundred and nine and 8 Chinese and English literatures were included,respectively.The largest number of publications in this field is from China.Bi Hongsheng has the largest number of Chinese authors and the largest number of English authors.From the perspective of institutions,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most papers,while Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine published the most papers in English.Through the analysis of key words and emergent words,it can be found that simple acupuncture,acupuncture,acupuncture combined with other TCM characteristics are the research hotspots in this field.Conclusion Although China has more research in this field than foreign countries,the development has not reached the mature stage,and it is necessary to further strengthen domestic and international academic exchanges and cooperation to strengthen the depth and breadth of research.
