外用祛斑玉容液治疗黄褐斑临床观察

External Application of Quban Yurong Liquid in the Treatment of Chloasma

目的探讨含莫诺苷和马钱苷的外用祛斑玉容液治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取济南市中心医院就诊的60例女性黄褐斑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组外用祛斑玉容液,对照组外用无药物成分的安慰剂,治疗3个月。比较2组黄褐斑改善情况及临床疗效、斑点、毛孔、红色区及紫质绝对值及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,2组MASI分值明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组斑点、红色区及紫质绝对值降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论祛斑玉容液外用治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Quban Yurong liquid containing monoside and maganin in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Sixty female patients with melasma treated in Jinan Central Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of Quban Yurong liquid,while the control group was treated with external placebo without drug component for 3 months.The improvement and clinical efficacy of chloasma,the absolute values of spots,pores,red areas and purple matter and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,MASI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The absolute values of spots,red areas and violet in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Quban Yurong liquid in the treatment of chloasma is significantly effective and safe.
