宽胸理肺汤合三拗汤联合西药治疗AECOPD痰热壅肺证临床观察

Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction and Sanao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome

目的 探究宽胸理肺汤合三拗汤加减联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热壅肺证的疗效。方法将98例AECOPD患者按随机数字表法分为2组,各49例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予宽胸理肺汤合三拗汤加减联合西药治疗。4周后评估中医症状评分、临床疗效、炎症因子、肺功能及药物安全性。结果 与对照组比较,治疗后观察组中医主症、次症及总评分降低,治疗总有效率升高,炎症因子水平降低,肺功能指标水平升高(P<0.05);2组药物不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宽胸理肺汤合三拗汤加减联合西药提高AECOPD痰热壅肺证患者疗效,抑制炎症,改善肺功能,安全可靠。

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with Sanao decoction combined with Western medicine in treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods Ninety-eight patients with AECOPD were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with Sanao decoction combined with Western medicine.After 4 weeks,TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,lung function and drug safety were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM in the observation group were decreased,the total effective rate was increased,the level of inflammatory factors was decreased,and the level of lung function index was increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.O5).Conclusion Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with Sanao decoction combined with Western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,inhibit inflammation,improve lung function,and is safe and reliable.
