摘要
大鼠脑关键核团精确定位和快速取材是医学生常用的实验技能,但学习和掌握该技能具有较大的难度和挑战度。对此,团队采用线上线下混合式教学,遵循“以虚补实、虚实结合”的原则,让学生“先看图谱再虚拟,实验实操强记忆”。即在进行理论知识讲解和图谱线下学习之后,让学生自主通过虚拟仿真实验进行在线练习,学生反复训练后进行考核,考核合格再进入真实实验室完成整个实验。采用上述方式进行教学设计和授课,取得了较为满意的效果。
Accurate location and rapid sampling of key nuclei in rat brain are common experimental skills for medical students,but it is difficult and challenging to learn and master these skills.In this regard,the team adopted a combination of online and offline teaching,followed the principle of“supplementing the real with virtual and combining real with virtual”,and asked students to“look at the map before virtual,and strengthen the memory through experimental practice”.That is,after theoretical knowledge explanation and offline graph learning,students were allowed to independently conduct online practice through virtual simulation experiment.After repeated training,students were assessed.After passing the assessment,they enter the real laboratory to complete the whole experiment.The above methods are adopted in teaching design and teaching,and satisfactory results are obtained.
