中西医结合护理高尿酸血症的研究进展

Research Progress of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing with Hyperuricemia

高尿酸血症可增加心血管、慢性肾脏病等疾病风险。降低心血管疾病和高尿酸血症患者尿酸水平的治疗和护理对诸多疾病的防治会产生的积极作用。此篇综述从中医学对高尿酸血症的认识,中医特色护理技术、西医护理新进展和中西医结合护理研究进展等角度,来叙述中西医结合护理在高尿酸血症患者中的应用。“辨证施护”“药疗、食疗、中医外治护理技术相结合”是中医临床护理的特色,中西医结合护理在防治高尿酸血症方面有显著优势。

Hyperuricemia will increase the risk of cardiovascular,chronic kidney disease and other diseases.The treatment and nursing of reducing the uric acid level of patients with cardiovascular disease and hyperuricemia will have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of many diseases.This review summarized the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with hyperuricemia from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine’s understanding of hyperuricemia,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques,new advances in Western medicine nursing,and research progress in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Syndrome differentiation nursing,combination of medication and external treatment nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine are the characteristics of clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has significant advantages in preventing and treating hyperuricemia.
