益肾祛痹汤对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛程度及骨代谢的影响

Effect of Yishen Qubi Decoction on Pain Degree and Bone Metabolism in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type

目的探讨益肾祛痹汤对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛程度及骨代谢的影响。方法选取2021年11月—2022年11月收治的89例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(44例,常规治疗)和观察组(45例,常规联合益肾祛痹汤治疗)。比较2组治疗后各项指标。结果观察组治疗8周临床疗效、骨代谢、炎性介质指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗4周、8周膝骨性关节炎严重性指数(Lequesne指数)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者应用益肾祛痹汤治疗,可减轻患者关节疼痛程度,调节关节功能及骨代谢,抑制炎症反应,提升临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Qubi decoction on pain degree and bone metabolism in patients with knee osteoarthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods A total of 89 patients with knee osteoarthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney type in Yanling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases were treated with biacrenin and celecxib)and the observation group(45 cases were treated with Yishen Qubi decoction)by random number table method.Both groups were treated for 2 courses(4 weeks for 1 course).The indicators of two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy,bone metabolism and inflammatory mediators of the observation group at 8 weeks were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the severity index(Lequesne index)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Qubi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney type can help to relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of pain,improve the joint function and bone metabolism,inhibit the inflammatory response,and improve the clinical efficacy.
