刮痧疗法临床研究现状与展望

Clinical Research Status and Prospect of Scrapping Therapy

对传统刮痧、循经刮痧、全息刮痧、铜砭刮痧的理论特点和临床应用优势进行系统总结分析,针对存在的问题提出相应的建议。近年来,刮痧疗法的临床研究获得一定的进展,主要表现在系统研究验证了刮痧疗法的有效性,初步建立了刮痧理论体系。目前还存在研究设计合理性、操作标准统一性、理论与临床关联性等问题,需要在今后的工作中采取相应措施,促进刮痧疗法的临床推广。

The theoretical characteristics and clinical advantages of traditional scraping,meridian scraping,holographic scraping and copper scraping were systematically summarized and analyzed.Corresponding suggestions were put forward for the current problems.In recent years,the clinical research of scraping therapy has made certain progress,which is mainly manifested in systematic research,verifying the effectiveness of scraping therapy,and initially establishing a theoretical system of scraping therapy.At present,there are still some problems such as unreasonable research design,inconsistent operating standards,disconnection between theory and clinical practice,and limited research scope.It is necessary to take corresponding measures in the future work to promote the in-depth study and wide application of scraping therapy.
