中和医派活血通络膏治疗中风软瘫临床观察

Huoxue Tongluo Ointment in Treating Apoplexy Soft Paralysis under the Guidance of Zhonghe Thought

目的 在中和医派思想的指导下探讨活血通络膏治疗中风软瘫的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年2月—2022年2月收治的中风软瘫期患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用电针治疗,试验组采用电针加中药活血通络膏治疗,3个疗程后观察2组临床疗效并对患者运动功能及生活自理能力进行评分。结果 治疗后试验组FMA评分、MBI评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中和思想指导下的活血通络膏能有效促进中风后软瘫患者肢体功能恢复,有助于提高临床治疗收益,改善中风患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo ointment on apoplectic soft paralysis under the guidance of Zhonghe thought.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients in soft paralysis period from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture and Huoxue Tongluo ointment.After three courses of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and the patients' motor function and self-care ability were scored.Results After treatment,the FMA score and MBI score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo ointment under the guidance of Zhonghe thought can effectively improve the recovery of limb function in patients with soft paralysis after stroke,help to improve the clinical treatment income and improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
