近年来,肺癌已逐渐成为全球范围内病发率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。在西医治疗方法上,根据肺癌分期,多包括放疗、化疗、靶向治疗或和手术治疗等,中医治疗则需要根据其病因病机辨证论治、对症治疗,二者在临床上相辅相成,有利于更好地提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。文章围绕养阴清肺汤联合化疗在治疗肺癌时的优势展开,阐述养阴清肺汤在肺癌患者化疗时的应用。

In recent years,lung cancer has gradually become one of the malignant tumors with the highest incidence and mortality rate worldwide.Its Western medical treatment includes radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy or surgery according to its stage,while Chinese medical treatment requires evidence-based treatment and symptomatic treatment according to its etiology and pathogenesis,and the two complement each other clinically to better improve the therapeutic effect and patient's quality of life.The article focused on the advantages of Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer,and described the application of Yangyin Qingfei decoction in the chemotherapy of lung cancer.
