耳针治疗眩晕的研究现状

Research Status of Auricular Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vertigo

眩晕既是一种综合性疾病,又是多种疾病的一种临床表现,人群发病率高,病因复杂,涉及多个学科,严重影响人们生活和工作。近年来,耳针在治疗眩晕方面疗效显著,不仅操作简单,无创、无疼痛,又能起到持续刺激的效果,对老人、小孩、怕针者尤为适宜,对其他疗法也有一定助益,减少不良作用、缩短治疗时间、进一步改善患者症状、提升生活质量,让更多的眩晕患者在治疗中获益。笔者现就耳针治疗眩晕的临床研究予以综述,旨在进一步归纳总结,为今后临床治疗提供借鉴。

Vertigo is not only a comprehensive disease,but also a clinical manifestation of a variety of diseases,its high incidence,complex etiology,involving many disciplines,and seriously affect people's life and work.In recent years,the efficacy of auricular acupuncture in the treatment of vertigo is significant,not only the operation is simple,non-invasive,non-pain,but also can play a continuous stimulation effect,especially suitable for the elderly,children,people who are afraid of needles,and other therapies also have a certain benefit,reduce adverse effects,shorten the treatment time,further improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,so that more vertigo patients benefit from the treatment.The author reviewed the clinical studies on the treatment of vertigo with auricular acupuncture,in order to further summarize and provide reference for future clinical treatment.
