基于五运六气理论探讨2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症人群的先天体质禀赋及防治方法

Exploring Congenital Constitution of Type 2 diabetes Patients with Osteoporosis and Its Prevention and Treatment Based on Theory of Five Movements and Six Qi

目的分析2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症病人五运六气天赋特征并提出预防措施。方法选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院内分泌科2364例2011年12月—2021年12月入院的2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的临床资料,对其出生年份的五运六气特征进行统计学处理,并根据统计结果提供有效的防治方法。结果2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者不同出生年份、天干、大运、地支、主气客气(司天、在泉)运气同化异化,分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者与五运六气禀赋具有一定相关性,出生于天干壬年,木运太过,地支午年,主气太阳寒水,司天少阴君火,在泉阳明燥金,天刑、小逆、不和年可能具有得病风险,通过摄食养生提前预防,可期改善患者发病及预后。

Objective To analyze the features of five movements and six Qi in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis and put forward the preventive measures.Methods The clinical data of 2364 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis who were hospitalized from 2011 to 2021 in the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected.The characteristics of five movements and six Qi in their birth year were statistically analyzed,and available prevention and transactions were provided according to the statistical results.Results There were significant differences in the distribution of luck assimilation and alienation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis have a certain correlation with the endowment of five movements and six Qi.The patients who were born in the Ren year of the ten Heavenly Stems,the wood movement is too strong,and the year of the twelve Earthly Branches is the year of Wu.The dominant Qi is the cold water of Taiyang and the celestial control is the sovereign fire of Shaoyin.The terrestrial effect is the dry metal of Yangming.In the year of Tianxing,Xiaoni and Buhe,there may be a risk of illness.By consuming and maintaining health in advance,the patients can improve their onset and prognosis.
