基于关联规则的血脂异常手部特征与中医证候、西医分型相关性的临床研究

Clinical Study on Correlation Between Hand Characteristics of Dyslipidemia Based on Association Rules and Classification of TCM Syndromes and Western Medicine

血脂异常属于中医“痰浊”“膏脂”范畴,具有隐匿性、进行性、全身性的特点,与多种心脑血管疾病的发生密切相关。其危险因素多、合并症多,但无特征性症状表现,这增加了血脂异常的治疗难度。中医手诊属于中医望诊范畴,是指通过观察手部形态、颜色、青筋(粗血管)、纹理等信息获得望诊资料以便于辨证论治,具有整体性、直观性的特点。课题组前期研究发现血脂异常患者手部大、小鱼际形态及颜色与正常人群存在差异。该研究进一步探索血脂异常患者的手部特征与中医证候、西医分型的相关性,将手诊应用于血脂异常的辨治,对丰富血脂异常的四诊信息、提高临床辨证准确性、发挥中医望诊及“治未病”优势具有重要临床应用价值。

Dyslipidemia belongs to the category of“phlegm turbidity”and“fat and grease”in traditional Chinese medicine.It has concealment,progression and systemic features and is closely related to the occurrence of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.There are many risk factors and comorbidities,but there are no characteristic symptoms,which increases the difficulty of treating dyslipidemia.TCM manual diagnosis belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine inspection,which refers to the observation of hand shape,color,blue veins(thick blood vessels),texture and other information to obtain inspection data for the purpose of syndrome differentiation and treatment,with the characteristics of integrity and intuitive.The application of hand diagnosis in the diagnosis and treatment of dyslipidemia is of great significance to enrich the information for the diagnosis of dyslipidemia or improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation,and is good for playing the advantages of TCM inspection and“treatment before disease”.
