肾病方联合泼尼松治疗慢性肾炎疗效观察

Effect of Shenbing Decoction(肾病方) Combined with Prednisone in Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

目的探究中药肾病方联合泼尼松治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取贺州市中医医院2021年1月—2022年4月收治的76例慢性肾炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各38例,参照组给予糖皮质激素(泼尼松)药物治疗,试验组在使用泼尼松的基础上联合中药肾病方治疗。比较治疗后两组治疗总有效率、炎症因子水平、肾功能指标及生活质量水平。结果试验组总有效率为84.21%(32/38),显著高于参照组60.53%(23/38)(P<0.05),中药肾病方联合西药可明显增强疗效。治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白定量(urinary protein quantification,UP)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)值均明显下降(P<0.05),且试验组24 h UP、Scr、BUN值明显低于参照组(P<0.05),试验组肾功能改善优于参照组。治疗后,两组白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)值均下降(P<0.05),且试验组明显低于参照组(P<0.05),中药肾病方能加强消炎作用。治疗后,两组WHOQOL-BRE评分值均升高(P<0.05),且试验组明显高于参照组(P<0.05),联用中药肾病方提高生活质量更佳。结论中药肾病方联合泼尼松治疗慢性肾炎疗效突出。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenbing Decoction(肾病方)combined with prednisone in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic nephritis in Hezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2022 were enrolled,and classified into two groups according to random number table methods,each with 38 cases.The control group received glucocorticoids(prednisone).Based on this,the experiment group received Shenbing Decoction.Then the clinical efficacy,inflammation factors,renal function indexes and quality of life score were compared between two groups..Results The overall efficacy rate was 84.21%(32/38)in the experiment group,which was obviously higher than 60.53%(23/38)in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,24 h urinary protein(UP),serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were remarkably decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the three renal function indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)showed a decrease in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the three inflammation factors were obviously lower in the experiment group than those in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the WHOQOL-BRE score value was increased in both of the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Shenbing Decoction combined with prednisone in the treatment of chronic nephritis has outstanding curative effect.
