痛证采用眼针治疗的近十年研究进展

Research Progress of Eye Acupuncture Treatment for Pain Syndrome in Recent Ten Years

文章回顾了近十年来以眼针或者眼针配合其他各种疗法治疗痛证的眼针研究文献,从痛证的病因病机以及痛证在人体被感知到的产生机理,从眼针疗法八区十三穴分区定位着手,浅析疼痛的古今治疗方法之异同,了解治疗疼痛疾病不止局限于循经取穴以及“阿是穴”等方法,眼针治疗同样有显著效果,该文总结分析了眼针单独诊疗、眼针体针结合诊疗、眼针带针运动诊疗、眼针联合口服中药汤剂诊疗、眼针结合温针灸、雷火灸等特殊疗法诊疗等方面治疗痛证疾病,包括但不限于上下肢痛、头胸腹痛、术后痛等。从而总结得出眼针是一种适应性广泛、治病性广、有效便捷、安全易理解、简便易学、疗效显著的微针疗法,尤其在治疗疼痛疾病等方面已然成为了一种优势治疗手段,值得医者们在临床上强加推广以及应用。

This article reviewed the literature on eye acupuncture in the treatment of pain syndromes with eye acupuncture or eye acupuncture combined with various other therapies in the past decade.Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of pain syndromes and the mechanism of pain syndromes being perceived on the human body,starting with the positioning of eight regions and thirteen acupoints in eye acupuncture therapy,it analyzed the similarities and differences between ancient and modern treatment methods for pain,and understood that the treatment of pain diseases was not limited to acupoint selection along the meridians and“Ashi acupoints”.Eye acupuncture treatment also has significant effects.This paper summarized and analyzed the treatment of pain syndrome diseases in the aspects of eye acupuncture alone,eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,eye acupuncture with needle movement,eye acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine decoction,eye acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,thunder fire moxibustion and other special therapies,including but not limited to upper and lower limb pain,head,chest and abdominal pain,postoperative pain,etc.Therefore,it can be concluded that eye acupuncture is a widely adaptable,widely therapeutic,effective and convenient,safe and easy to understand,simple and easy to learn,and significantly effective micro acupuncture therapy.Especially in the treatment of pain diseases,it has become an advantageous treatment method,which is worthy of being forcefully promoted and applied by doctors in clinical practice.
