补中益气汤的研究现状及热点——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Current Status and Hotspots of Research on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)--A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

目的利用文献计量学方法对补中益气汤的相关文献进行可视化分析,探究其研究热点及前沿。方法以中国知网、维普、万方和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)为检索数据库,检索补中益气汤相关研究的文献,运用CiteSpace.5.8.R3软件分析其作者、机构及关键词,并对关键词进行聚类,绘制出可视化图谱。结果共纳入9765篇文献,发文量呈波浪式上升趋势,纳入的文献中,共涉及1177位作者,108人发文≥7篇,相关关键词共923个,内容包含李东垣学术思想的探讨、补中益气汤的临床运用和实验研究等方面。结论①研究机构主要集中于各大中医高校,相互之间缺乏合作;②临床运用热点,使用本方治疗肺癌、胃癌等恶性肿瘤和慢阻肺、呼吸衰竭、直肠脱垂等疾病,实验研究以探究其抗肿瘤、调节免疫和胃肠功能、保护心肺功能等为研究前沿。

Objective To visually analyze the related literature of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)by bibliometrics and explore its research hotspots and frontiers.Methods China knowledge net,VIP,Wanfang and CBM were used to search the literatures related to Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The authors,institutions and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace.5.8.R3 software,and the keywords were clustered to draw a visual map.Results A total of 9765 articles were included,the number of articles increased wavely,involving 1177 authors,more than 7 articles and 923 related keywords,including the discussion of LI Dongyuan′s academic thought,clinical application and experimental research of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Conclusion(1)The research institutions are mainly concentrated in the major colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,and there is a lack of cooperation with each other.(2)The focus of clinical application is to use this prescription to treat lung cancer,gastric cancer and other malignant tumors and diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,respiratory failure,rectal prolapse and so on.The research frontier of the experimental researches is to explore its anti-tumor,regulation of immunity and gastrointestinal function,protection of cardiopulmonary functions.
