叶天士升固奇经法述要

A Brief Discussion on YE Tianshi′s Method of Elevating and Strengthening Extra Meridians

叶天士善治诸多奇经病。其常用升固奇经法治疗奇经虚陷失摄所致崩漏、便血等病证,《临证指南医案》解释其为升奇阳,固精络。升固奇经法理论基础源于《黄帝内经》《难经》,深化于宋明,至清代渐臻完善。叶氏升固奇经法所用方药基于《备急千金要方》,其在继承孙思邈用药经验基础上,通过自身大量临床实践总结提出升固奇经法,深化了中医精分病机层面治法,临床可广泛用于治疗督阳下陷,冲任精血不固的遗精、腰脊坠痛及跷维失护的寒热、痿痹多类病证。

YE Tianshi is good at treating eight extra meridians diseases.It is commonly used to treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxis and bloody stool by elevating and strengthening extra meridians method.Linzheng Zhinan Yi′an explained the method as elevating extra Yang and strengthening meridians.The theory of elevating and strengthening extra meridians is originated from Huangqi Neijing and Nanjing,developed in Song and Ming dynasties and then gradually improved and perfect in Qing dynasty.YE Tianshi′s method of elevating and strengthening extra meridians is based on Beiji Qianjin Yaofang.On the basis of inheriting SUN Simiao′s medication experience and summarizing his extensive clinical practice,the method of elevating and strengthening extra meridians has been proposed,deepening the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine at the level of essence pathogenesis.It can be widely used in clinical practice to treat various diseases such as Du Yang depression,ejaculation and lumbar spinal pain due to complete retention of essence and blood in Chong-Ren meridians,and cold-heat syndromes and flaccidity due to deficiency of Qiao-Wei meridians.
