基于运气因素探讨心系疾病发病及用药规律——以辛丑年为例

Exploring Pathogenesis and Medication Pattern of Heart Diseases Based on Theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors-Taking Year of Xinchou As Example

五运六气理论是中医学理论的重要组成部分,是先人们在长期的生产生活过程中积累的宝贵经验,对疾病的发生、发展、预防、调护等方面有独到的见解。该文从五运六气角度出发,以辛丑年为例分析运气特点,探究运气因素对心系疾病发作的影响,总结用药规律。辛丑年水运不及,太阴湿土司天,太阳寒水在泉,根据各气特点加减:初之气佐以疏风通络,二之气佐以泻心火滋肾水,三之气佐以清暑利湿,四之气佐以健脾利湿,五之气佐以养阴润肺,终之气佐以温补阳气。辛丑年选药组方多燥之、温之,佐以运化脾胃、慎用寒凉,以防助湿,为治疗心系疾病提供新思路。

The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,and is the valuable experience accumulated by the ancestors during their long production life,and has unique insights into the occurrence,development,prevention and regulation of diseases.In this paper,it analyzed the characteristics of phases and climatic factors from the perspective of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,taking the Year of Xinchou as an example,explored the influence of phases and climatic factors factors on the onset of heart disease and summarized the rules of medication.In the Year of Xinchou,the water phase was insufficient,Sitian(the first half of the alterable yearly circuit Qi)is Taiyin Shitu,and Zaiquan(the second half of the alterable yearly circuit Qi)is Taiyang Hanshui.According to the characteristics of each Qi period,the medication should be adjusted.During the first Qi period,the treatment should remove wind evils and unblock meridians.During the second Qi period,the treatment should clear heart fire and nourish kidney Yin.During the third Qi period,the treatment should clear summer heat and dampness.During the fourth Qi period,the treatment should strengthen spleen and dispel dampness.During the fifth Qi period,the treatment should should replenish lung Yin.And during the final Qi period,the treatment should warm Yang.In the year of Xinchou,the formulae were selected to dry and warm,supplemented with nourishing spleen and stomach method and cautious use of cold and cool drugs,so as to prevent dampness,providing new ideas for the treatment of heart diseases.
