摘要
通过分析近几年针刺和电针治疗脑卒中和失眠的相关文献,发现针刺和电针可能通过调节神经递质、激素、免疫因子、蛋白基因、神经保护物质等多个靶点改善卒中后失眠。目前相关机制依旧在探讨阶段,该文结合相关临床和实验研究,对研究动态和不足进行讨论,以期为今后实验研究开拓思路及临床治疗提供依据。
In this paper,by analyzing the related literature of acupuncture and electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke and insomnia in recent years,it is found that acupuncture and electroacupuncture may improve insomnia after stroke by regulating neurotransmitters,hormones,immune factors,protein genes,neuroprotective substances and so on.At present,the relevant mechanism is still in the discussion stage.This paper summarized the relevant clinical and experimental research and discussed the trends and shortcomings of the research,in order to open up ideas for future experimental research and provide a basis for clinical treatment.
