“四位一体”护理管理模式对老年吞咽障碍患者健康管理质量的影响

Effect of the“Four-in-one”Care Management Model on the Quality of Health Management for Elderly Patients with Dysphagia

目的:探究“四位一体”护理管理模式对老年吞咽障碍患者健康管理质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年5月样本医院收治的90例老年吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为管理组及对照组,每组各45例。对照组接受常规护理,管理组在常规护理的基础上实施“四位一体”护理管理模式干预。对两组患者吞咽功能、不良事件发生率及生活质量进行比较分析。结果:干预后,两组患者吞咽功能均明显好于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=10.466,P<0.05);实施“四位一体”护理管理模式后,管理组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.067,P<0.05);管理组患者生活质量总分及各维度得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.054,P<0.05)。结论:将“四位一体”护理管理模式应用于老年吞咽障碍患者的健康管理中,能显著提高健康管理质量,降低相关不良事件的发生率,有助于改善患者的吞咽功能,促进患者的康复,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the impact of the“four-in-one”nursing management model on the quality of health management for elderly patients with dysphagia.Methods:90 cases of elderly patients with dysphagia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly and equably divided into management group and control group by the method of counting table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the management group applied the“four-in-one”nursing management model on the basis of the control group.Swallowing function,incidence of adverse events and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After the intervention,swallowing function was significantly better in both groups than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.466,P<0.05).After the implementation of the“four-in-one”nursing management model,the incidence of adverse events in the management group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.067,P<0.05).The total quality of life scores and scores of each dimension of the patients in the management group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.054,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the“four-in-one”nursing management model to the health management of elderly patients with dysphagia can significantly improve the quality of health management,reduce the incidence of related adverse events,help to improve the swallowing function of the patients,promote the rehabilitation of the patients,and thus improve the quality of life of the patients.
